2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is solely used to process grocery orders, dispatch delivery riders to your doorstep within 8 minutes, provide order tracking updates, process refunds, and prevent fraudulent transactions.
3. Data Security & Encryption
All communication is encrypted using 256-bit SSL protocols. Payment information (cards/UPI) is processed directly by RBI-authorized payment gateways and never stored on our local servers.
4. User Rights & Account Deletion
You may request access to, modification, or complete deletion of your stored address book and account profile data by contacting our support team at privacy@freshmart.com.
