1. Service Availability & Delivery SLA
Our 8-minute delivery promise is subject to serviceable geo-fenced delivery locations, operational dark stores, weather conditions, and extreme traffic bottlenecks.
2. Pricing, Discounts & Taxes
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Promotional coupon codes are non-transferable and subject to minimum order value restrictions.
3. Order Acceptance & Inventory Limits
In rare events where an ordered item is out of stock in your nearest micro-hub during picking, we will immediately credit the item cost back to your account and deliver the remaining items without delay.
4. User Conduct
Users must provide accurate contact numbers and ensure safe reception of packages. Delivery partners reserve the right to verify identity on COD transactions.
