Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Instant Order Cancellation

Because our fulfillment speed is under 90 seconds, you can cancel an order free of charge before it leaves the dark store (within 60 seconds of placing). Once a rider is dispatched on the road, cancellations may incur a nominal restocking charge.

2. Damaged, Expired or Missing Items

If any item received does not match our high quality standards, is expired, or was missing from your grocery bag:

• Take a quick photo of the damaged item.
• Submit a request in My Orders ➔ Report Issue within 2 hours of delivery.
• Our automated resolution engine will issue an instant refund to your UPI / Wallet or original payment method within seconds.
